0.25 oz Blue Curacao
0.25 oz 100 proof Bourbon
1 splash Orange juice
1 splash Pineapple Juice
0.25 oz 151 proof Rum

Instructions:
Mix together with crushed ice in a glass and garnish with mint leaves
