Dudley Eppel's Hot Cider-Cranberry Punch

Ingredients:
8 cup Apple Cider
3 each stick Cinnamon
4 each Cloves
4 cup Cranberry juice
1 each peel Orange
1 cup dark Rum

Instructions:
Put ingredients into large pot except rum. Bring to boil over med.-high heat. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 30 minutes. Line a strainer with cheesecloth and strain punch. Put 1 to 2 tablespoons of rum into mug, then fill with hot punch.
