Flaming Doctor Pepper

Ingredients:
0.8 oz Amaretto
300 ml Beer
25 ml Orange juice
0.2 oz 151 rum Rum

Instructions:
Pour amaretto and 151 rum into shot glass. Combine OJ and beer in a tumbler so it will just cover shot glass when dropped into the tumbler. Lite the shot glass on fire and drop into glass. Slam away. This is a recipe from a Wisconsin bartender so you know it has to be good
