Ingredients:
0.5 oz Light Cream
1 each Eggs
0.125 tsp Grated Nutmeg
2 oz Scotch
1 tsp Superfine Sugar

Instructions:
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the Scotch, egg, sugar, and cream. Shake well. Strain into a sour glass and garnish with the nutmeg.
