Ingredients:
2 oz heavy Cream
3 oz Grain Alcohol
3 each Lemon
2 tsp Salt
1 oz Tequila
3 oz Triple Sec
4 oz Vodka
3 tbsp Molasses
1 dash Worcestershire sauce

Instructions:
Mix together with crushed ice in a glass and garnish with mint leaves
