Ingredients:
2 oz Brandy
0.5 oz Light Cream
1 each Whole Eggs
1 tsp Superfine Sugar
Instructions:
Fill a shaker half full with ice cubes. Pour all ingredients into shaker and shake well. Strain drink into Sour glass. Dust with Nutmeg and serve.
