South Seas Kahlua

Ingredients:
2.25 cup Brandy
2 oz instant Coffee
3.5 cup Sugar
1 each Vanilla Bean

Instructions:
Combine instant coffee, sugar and 2 cups boiling water; stir in brandy. Pour into 2 bottles; add vanilla bean to each bottle. Seal and let age for at least 30 days. Yields 2 fifths.
