0.2 oz Coffee Liqueur
0.2 oz Creme de Menthe
0.2 oz Irish Cream
0.2 oz Vodka
0.2 oz Rumplemintz

Instructions:
Mix together with crushed ice in a glass and garnish with mint leaves
