1 oz Butterscotch Schnapps
2 oz Cream
1 oz Creme de Menthe
2 oz Ice
0 oz Vodka

Instructions:
Blend together all ingredients except ice and chocolate. Pour drink over ice. Add chocolate as a garnish.
