Creole Coffee Ice Cream Punch

Ingredients:
0.5 cup Bourbon
3 cup Coffee
6 each Eggs
1 cup vanilla Ice Cream
1 cup coffee Ice Cream
0.5 cup Sugar

Instructions:
In bowl, beat eggs at high speed until slightly thickened. Gradually add sugar, beating until mixture is smooth and very thick. Add coffee and bourbon; mix thoroughly. Pour mixture into punch bowl. Spoon in ice cream; stir well.
