Ingredients:
2 Scoops Ice Cream
2 Part Melon liqueur
1 Part Triple Sec
1 Part Use to taste Vodka
1 Splash Use to taste Chambord

Instructions:
Put half of the Red Bull in a cup and drop a shot of Smirnoff Raspberry Twist in. No need to have a shot glass because the raspberry vodka mingles well with the Red Bull. You can always use a generic brand of raspberry vodka.
