Ingredients:
1 pint guiness/stout Beer
25 ml Tia Maria
1 pint strong/scrumpy Cider

Instructions:
pour half of the Tia Maria into a pint glass then at the same time pour equal measures of guiness and strong cider so a foamy head is produced.......ENJOY (top up as required with remains)
