Brandy Sour Cypriot Style

Ingredients:
1.5 dash Bitters
50 ml Brandy
25 ml Lemon juice

Instructions:
1/2 Fill tall glass with ice and pour over ingredients. Top up with soda water. Best with Cypriot brandy such as Keo and use cypriot lemon cordial if available - otherwise use fresh lemon juice. Great on a hot sunny day!
