Ingredients:
7.5 ml Dom Benedictine
Benedictine
15 ml Cherry Brandy
Cherry Liqueur
7.5 ml
Cointreau
30 ml
Gin
10 ml
Grenadine
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with a dash of Angostura bitters and 120ml fresh pineapple juice. Shake Well and pour over ice in a tall glass, decorate with pineapple wedge & maraschino cherry.
