Flaming Skye Lemondrop

Ingredients:
1 Sliced into sections Lemon
1 spoonful Sugar
1 oz Skye Vodka

Instructions:
Roll lemon slice in sugar. Place a wineglass upside down and put sugared lemon on top of the base of glass. Pour very small amount of 151 (or other 100+ proof, flamable liquer) on top of lemon. Light lemon and allow to burn out to melt and carmelize sugar on lemon slice. Drink the shot of chilled Skye, and suck on carmelized lemon. Awesome!!
