Choc-O-Lote Martini

Ingredients:
0.5 oz Creme de Cacao
0.75 oz Milk
1 oz Vodka

Instructions:
fill shaker 1/4 with ice
add vodka, and dark creme de cacao
shaken until chilled
empty into martini glass
pour milk over spoon into mix and serve
