2 oz Bourbon
4 cube Ice
5 sprigs Mint
2 tsp Sugar

Find some good mint leaves, grind with mortar and pestle into a paste (or substitute creme de menthe if you must). Crush the ice cubes in with the mint paste, add the sugar, then throw all that away and drink the bourbon.
