Spanish Ferrari

Ingredients:
1 Tia Maria
2 Vodka

Instructions:
Put two parts Vodka in a shot glass, topped up with one part Tia Maria or Kahluha.

Set the drink on fire (it's easiest to do this by taking a small quanitity of the drink into a spoon and setting this on fire with a lighter, then adding it to the main drink)

When it's lit, turn of the lights for maximum effect and suck the entire drink through a straw in one go.

Don't try to sip what's left in the glass as the top of the glass may be hot!
