The In And Out Martini

Ingredients:
2.75 oz Bombay Saphire Gin
0.25 oz Vermouth

Instructions:
Pour vermouth directly in to the Martini glass swirl to coat the glass. With a quick flick of the wrist toss any extra vermouth out of the glass. pour gin into a mixing glass over ice stir (this is to chill the gin) strain in to the vermouth coated martini glass and garnish with 2 olives
