Ingredients:
1 Pint Smithwicks or Upper Canada Publicans-ie. a good bitter Beer
-1 Shots Jack Daniels
Instructions:
Pour the bitter with a good head, then gently pour the JD in in one spot, carefully so it doesn't mix. Drink carefully, and you get little pockets of sour mash floating in the bitter. THus the name. Delicious. Don't use more than 4 shots of JD though. Then it overpowers the taste of the bitter.
