Ingredients:
1 oz Creme de Cacao
1 oz Creme de Menthe
4 oz Milk

Instructions:
Pour in one shot glass (jigger sized); both Creme de Cacao and Creme de Menthe. Pour in four to six ounces of (preferably cold) chocolate milk. Whipped cream topping optional.
