Ingredients:
4 oz Stout Beer
4 oz Hard Cider

Instructions:
Fill half of glass with Hard Cider. Holding an overturned spoon over the
mouth of the glass, gently pour Stout (Guinness is preferred) over the
spoon, creating a two-layer effect. A gentle pour is essential, to avoid
excessive foaming.
