Ingredients:
0.5 each Juice of Lime
1 rind Lime
1.5 oz Scotch
1 fill Carbonated Water

Instructions:
Pour scotch and juice of lime into a highball glass over ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water and stir. Add the rind of lime and serve.
