Irish Whiskey Highball

Ingredients:
1 each Peel Twist Lemon
2 oz Irish Rye/Whiskey
1 fill Carbonated Water

Instructions:
Pour Irish whiskey into a highball glass over ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water and stir. Add the twist of lemon peel and serve. (Ginger ale may be substituted for carbonated water, if preferred.)
