2 oz Heavy Cream
1 each Eggs
1 Pinch Grated Nutmeg
1 tsp Superfine Sugar
3 oz Port

Heat wine in saucepan, but do not boil. Beat egg with sugar in a bowl using a whisk, blend in cream, and pour into saucepan with wine, stirring constantly. Serve in a warmed mug and sprinkle with nutmeg.
