Ingredients:
4 oz Hot Coffee
2 oz Heavy Cream
1.5 oz Dark Rum
0.5 oz Tia Maria
Instructions:
Pour the rum, Tia Maria, and coffee into an Irish coffee glass. Stir well. Pour the cream carefully over the back of a teaspoon so that it floats on top of the drink.
