Gin Swizzle

Ingredients:
2 dash Bitters
2 oz Gin
1 each Juice of Lime
1 tsp Powdered Sugar
1 fill Carbonated Water

Instructions:
Combine 2 oz. carbonated water, juice of lime, and powdered sugar in a collins glass. Fill glass with ice and stir. Add gin and bitters. Fill with carbonated water, stir, and serve with a swizzle stick.
