Frozen Apple

Ingredients:
0.5 each White Eggs
1 tbsp Lime juice
1 tsp Sugar
1.5 oz Applejack

Instructions:
Blend all ingredients with 1 cup crushed ice in an electric blender at a low speed for a short length of time. Pour into an old-fashioned glass and serve.
