Ingredients:
1 oz Light Cream
2 oz light Rum
0.5 tsp Powdered Sugar
1 fill Carbonated Water
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water) with ice and strain into a highball glass over two ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water, stir, and serve.
