Canadian Cocktail

Ingredients:
1 dash Bitters
1.5 oz Canadian Rye/Whiskey
1 tsp Powdered Sugar
1.5 tsp Triple Sec

Instructions:
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
