Ingredients:
2 oz Brandy
0.125 1 Eggs
1 oz Lemon juice
1 tsp Superfine Sugar
0.5 oz Triple Sec

Instructions:
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, crack the egg and add the rest of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass.
