Apple Rum Rickey

Ingredients:
0.25 1/4 Lime
0.75 oz light Rum
1 fill Carbonated Water
0.75 oz Applejack

Instructions:
Pour applejack and rum into a highball glass over ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water. Squeeze lime and drop in glass. Stir and serve.
