Ingredients:
1 oz
Drambuie
0.5 oz Heather
Honey
0.5 oz
Lime juice
2 oz
Scotch
1 fill
Water
Instructions:
Pour lime juice and honey into a heat-proof mug, add a little boiling water, and stir until honey is dissolved. Add scotch. Warm Drambuie in a small ladle, ignite, and pour blazing into mug. Fill with boiling water and stir.
