Ingredients:
1 each Banana
2 tbsp Chocolate Mix
2 tbsp Honey
1 cup Milk
1 dash Nutmeg
1 cup Yogurt

Instructions:
Place all ingredients in the blender jar - cover and blend on medium speed until well blended. Pour in one tall, 2 medium or 3 small glasses
