Ingredients:
1.5 oz Gin
4 chunks Pineapple
0.75 oz Sweet Vermouth

Instructions:
Mash pineapple chunks with a muddler or the back of a spoon in a mixing glass. Add ice and liquor. Stir well. Strain into a glass.
