Ingredients:
1 oz Bourbon
0.5 oz Lemon juice
0.5 tsp Sugar
1 chilled Dry Sparkling White Wine

Instructions:
Fill a mixing glass with ice and add bourbon, lemon juice, and sugar. Shake and strain into a chilled glass. Top off with dry sparkling wine.
