Ingredients:
1 dash orange Bitters
1 tsp Bourbon
0.5 tsp superfine Sugar
1 bottle Dry Sparkling White Wine

Instructions:
Combine bourbon, sugar, and bitters in a mixing glass. Pour into a chilled glass. Top it off with sparkling wine. DO NOT STIR. Garnish with a slice of brandied peach.
