Rum Toddy

Ingredients:
2 oz Rum
2 tsp Powdered Sugar
2 tsp Water

Instructions:
Pour Sugar and Water into a Tumbler. Dissolve the Sugar by stirring. Add the Rum and one ice cube and stir well. Garnish with a Lemon peel twist and serve.
