Champagne Pineapple Punch

Ingredients:
75 cl Champagne
10 cl Lemon juice
200 g Pineapple
30 cl Pineapple Juice
60 g Icing Sugar
50 cl White Wine

Instructions:
Mix together with crushed ice in a glass and garnish with mint leaves
